2004年8月，公司承建的基于自主研发的双界面CPU卡COS及城市一卡通软件平台的沈阳城市一卡通系统开始正式运营。

2004年10月，公司自主研发的IC卡读卡器获得劳动与社会保障部颁发的“社会保障卡（个人）读写器检测合格证书”。

2004年12月，公司自主研发的基于双界面CPU卡的TFCOS2.0获得信息产业部IC卡质量监督检验中心的检验认证。

2005年8月，公司自主研发的TFCOS税控v4.0获得国家计算机质量监督检验中心的认证。

2005年10月，同方双界面CPU卡获得建设部建设事业国家行业标准产品认证。 2005年11月，公司自主研发的TFCOS社保v3.0获得劳动与社会保障部颁发的“社会保障卡（个人）COS检测合格证书”。

2005年12月，公司获得国家密码管理局颁发的“商用密码产品生产定点单位”；和“商用密码产品销售许可证”。 2006年10月，公司自主研发的IC卡中间件软件获得北京市自主创新奖。 2006年12月，公司成为中国信息产业商会射频识别与电子标签应用分会理事会员。

2006年12月，公司获得科技部十一五国家863计划项目支持课题“可重构RFID中间件技术研究与开发”。

2007年7月，公司成为中国信息产业商会智能卡专业委员会常务理事。 2007年7月，公司自主研发的“基于RFID技术的肉类食品安全监管与追溯系统”获得“食品工业荣格技术创新奖”。

2007年8月，公司中标“北京市环保信息卡项目”，将为北京市300万辆机动车发放电子标签，开拓了RFID技术在车辆监管领域大规模应用的先河。

2007年9月，市领导刘淇，王岐山视察公司承建的“基于RFID技术的肉类食品追溯监管系统”。 2007年12月，公司自主研发的TFCOS金融v2.0获得中国人民银行PBOC2.0认证。

2008年1月，公司成为建设部《建设事业非接触CPU卡COS技术标准》的参编单位；

2008年2月，公司成为信息产业部《一卡通多用应用技术标准》的参编单位；

2008年3月，公司承建的沈阳城市一卡通系统CPU卡的发卡量突破300万张。

2008年4月，公司成为国家金卡办“多功能卡应用联盟会员”

2008年5月，公司荣获RFID产业联盟评选的“2007年RFID产业十大影响力企业”。 2008年5月，公司成为“粤港RFID产业联盟的会员”

2008年6月，公司承建的“沈阳城市一卡通”工程获得“金卡工程优秀工程奖”；公司自主研发的“基于射频识别（RFID）技术的电子门票系统”获“金卡工程金蚂蚁奖”

In August 2004, Shenyang City One-card-through System, which was based on the independently researched and developed COS of dual-interface CPU card and the city one-card-through software platform and was constructed by the Company, was put into formal operation.

In October 2004, the Company obtained the “Certificate for Test of Read-Write Unit of Social Security Card (Personal)” issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for its independently researched and developed IC card reader.

In December 2004, the Company passed the inspection and authentication of IC Card Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Information Industry for its independently researched and developed TFCOS2.0 based on dual-interface CPU card.

In August 2005, the Company passed the authentication of the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Computers for its independently researched and developed TFCOS tax control v4.0.

In October 2005, Tongfang dual-interface CPU card obtained the authentication of national industrial standard products for construction undertaking of the Ministry of Construction.

In November 2005, the Company obtained the “Certificate for Test of COS of Social Security Card (Personal)” issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for its independently researched and developed TFCOS social security v3.0.

In December 2005, the Company obtained the certificate of “Designated Unit for Production of Commercial Password Products” issued by the National Password Administrative Bureau, and the “License for Sale of Commercial Password Products”.

In October 2006, the Company obtained “Beijing Independent Innovation Award” for its independently researched and developed IC card intermediate software.

In December 2006, the Company became a director member of the RFID and Electronic Label Application Branch of China Information Industry Trade Association.

In December 2006, the Company obtained the task “Technical Research and Development of Reconstructable RFID Middleware” supported by the National 863 Program Project during the “11th five-year” period of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In July 2007, the Company became a standing director of the Special Committee of Smart Card of China Information Industry Trade Association.

In July 2007, the Company obtained the “Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for Food Industry” for its independently researched and developed “Meat Products Safety Supervision and Tracing System based on RFID Techniques”.

In August 2007, the Company won the bid for “Beijing Environmental Protection Information Card Project”, would issue electronic labels for 3 million motor vehicles in Beijing, and initialized the large-scale application of RFID technique in the field of vehicle supervision.

In September 2007, city leaders Liu Qi and Wang Qishan surveyed the “Meat Products Safety Supervision and Tracing System based on RFID Techniques” constructed by the Company.

In December 2007, the Company passed the PBOC2.0 authentication of the People’s Bank of China for its independently researched and developed TFCOS financial v2.0.

In January 2008, the Company became a unit participating in the compilation of the Technical Standard for COS of Non-contact CPU Card in Construction Undertaking of the Ministry of Construction;

In February 2008, the Company became a unit participating in the compilation of the Technical Standard for Multiple Applications of One-card-through of the Ministry of Information Industry;

In March 2008, the quantity issued of CPU card of Shenyang City One-card-through System constructed by the Company topped 3 million pieces.

In April 2008, the Company became a “Member of the Alliance for Application of Multi-function Cards” of the Office of State Golden Card Project.

In May 2008, the Company had the honor to be elected through appraisal as “Top Ten Influential Enterprises in RFID Industry in 2007” by RFID Industry Alliance.

In May 2008, the Company became a “Member of Guangdong and Hong Kong RFID Industry Alliance”.

In June 2008, the Company obtained the “Excellent Engineering Award for Golden Cards Project Achievements” for “Shenyang City One-card-through” project constructed by it, and obtained the “Golden Ant Award for Golden Cards Project Achievements” for its independently researched and developed “Electronic Ticket System based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Techniques”.
